"Great reviews so booked at short notice, wish we hadn’t. The room was spacious but had a number of annoying or safety issues. First of all the blinds didnt go all the way down leaving bright sunlight streaming directly onto the bed. The bathroom was awful after a shower, just like a skating rink. "Old carpets, smelling. Lost of dust. The place is too big for a too small staff. If you have allergies, stay away. "

"Good bed, very quiet, and ability to check in late were positives. The check in with the lock code was a faff, including the need to ask for the code. The lack of breakfast was a major minus, the snack bar did not cut it really. There was also a strange man standing around and hover over my daughter when we were leaving, it really hit home the lack of staff. With the tired rooms, the place felt like a hostel more than anything, and I was glad to move on."

"We usually rate a bathroom on the number of safety bars available. Although it seems to be a very new hotel, it could use some bars as there were none. Check-in was interesting and thankfully we had read our email before we arrived. Comfortable beds."
